1. Who we are
Routescore ("Routescore", "we", "us") is the product workbench of Empyrean Labs FZE LLC, a Free Zone Establishment (Limited Liability) incorporated in the United Arab Emirates under Commercial Licence No. 54978, issued by the Free Zones Authority of Ajman. Registered office: AMC — Boulevard-A Building, Ajman Media City, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
Paid subscriptions are live: upgrading to a paid tier forms a paid subscription contract and charges your payment method immediately via Stripe at the launch price shown. You can cancel anytime from your account; refund terms are in §5 and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. What Routescore does — and what it does NOT do
Routescore is a non-custodial DeFi decision-support workbench. It helps you score routes, model MEV exposure, stress-test supported holdings, keep a hash-recorded decision journal, and monitor public detector signals. Scenario outputs are modeled, point-in-time, user-controlled, and not investment advice. We do not:
- hold, custody, or move any of your assets;
- execute trades, transactions, or transfers on your behalf;
- provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice;
- guarantee any outcome from acting on information shown in the app.
Every transaction you choose to execute is your sole decision and your sole responsibility.
Power-tier yield and refresh features are decision-support controls only. Yield scenarios are modeled with source-attributed assumptions; execution happens outside Routescore. Priority refresh requests enter a queue for supported public detector snapshots; they are not an instant run, a contractual freshness guarantee, or wallet-specific MEV reconstruction.
3. Acceptance and changes
By using Routescore, you accept these Terms. We may change them with at least 14 days' notice posted on this page and on the /benchmark page. Material changes will also be announced on our Twitter and Farcaster accounts. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and not on any sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United Arab Emirates.
Routescore is not offered in any jurisdiction where its provision would be illegal. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Routescore complies with your local law.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Paid tiers (Pro, Power, and any future plans) are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date through your account settings or the Stripe-hosted billing portal.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and controls in the event of any conflict. In summary: you can cancel anytime from your account; a full refund of the most recent charge is available within 14 days of that charge if you have not used a Power-tier compute-heavy feature. The same 14-day cool-off applies to annual plans; after it lapses, elapsed and current subscription periods are non-refundable except where the Refund Policy or stronger local consumer law provides otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, mirror, or republish Routescore data outside our published API;
- attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary scoring models;
- misrepresent Routescore output as your own analysis to third parties;
- use Routescore to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful activity.
7. Intellectual property
The Routescore app, brand, and proprietary scoring models are owned by Empyrean Labs FZE LLC. Public artifacts (open methodology documents, the MEV Loss Index, open scanners under our GitHub) are licensed permissively as documented at each artifact.
8. Warranties and limitation of liability
Routescore is provided "AS IS". We make no warranties about accuracy, availability, or fitness for purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of Routescore is limited to the greater of (i) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (ii) US $100.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Ajman, conducted in English. Either party may seek interim injunctive relief in court.
